Our Afterschool program is designed for juniors looking to grow their game in a fun yet challenging environment. Whether your children are new to the game or looking to improve and progress, our structured program is designed for players of all ages and abilities to learn the sport of a lifetime!

Red Ball & Orange Ball: These classes are designed to introduce the game of tennis in a fun environment where your kids can learn hand-eye coordination, racquet skills and basic strokes - so they have a solid foundation to enjoy the game for years to come!

Green Ball: Our Green Ball program, designed for beginner to intermediate players aged 7-10, focuses on rally scenarios, technique and point play to prepare your child for match and tournament play!
Yellow Ball: Our 12+ program has something for everyone - whether just starting out or competing on the high school team, our older programs focus on stroke development, rallying and point play so your player can improve the competition side of their game. If your child is looking to take their game to the collegiate level, we also offer an advanced program for our serious juniors.

WES LEMKE
Director of Tennis
Lemke joins the tennis program at Houston Oaks after a successful stint in the Cliff Drysdale Tennis Professional Tennis University "PTU" program at the John Newcombe Country Club in New Braunfels, TX. A former Division 2 men's player at Lee University in Cleveland, TN, Lemke has experience coaching players of all ages and abilities. Lemke is a self-described "student of the game" and actively seeks out new ways to improve his players' skills and understanding of the sport, as well as his own approach to coaching.
