Our junior program is designed for players 3-18 looking to grow their game in a fun yet challenging environment. Whether your children are new to the game or looking to improve and progress, our structured program is designed for players of all ages and abilities to learn the sport of a lifetime!

Junior Joeys | Red Ball (ages 3)

Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:30-4pm

This fun class is designed to work on basic coordination, movement skills, hand eye coordination and throwing that will help ready kids for any sport!

 

Joeys | Red Ball (ages 4-5)

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdsays 4:00-5:00pm

Joeys is an introduction to tennis. The Joeys program focuses on hand-eye coordination, racquet skills, basic movement, strokes and most importantly FUN!

Wallabies | Orange Ball (ages 6-8)

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 4:00pm-5:00pm Introducing racquet skills and techniques based around the concept of rallying and skill development. Wallabies gives the player a well-rounded blend of technique and tennis games in a fun and educational environment.

Jr Kookaburras | Green Ball (ages 7-10)

Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays 5:00pm-6:30pm

Jr Kookaburras is a 2 day per week program combining rally scenarios, techniques, match play, and point scenarios giving the player a well-balanced program and preparing them for match play and tournament play.

Kookaburras | Yellow Ball (ages 11-16)

Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays 5:00pm-6:30pm

For the older player that is looking to improve their overall tennis skills. Will include stroke development, rallying and point play.

 

Get Newked Point Play (Advanced) | Yellow Ball (Ages 10-High School)

Fridays 5:00-6:30pm

You will compete in physical, precision and point play competitions. Your goal is to earn points for yourself and your team and see where you stack on the weekly and season long leader board.

Originally from Australia, Miller brings a wealth of coaching experience both at the John Newcombe Tennis Ranch and John Newcombe Country Club. He has worked with elite junior and collegiate players, adults and formerly served as the Director of Junior Tennis for JNCC.
